Start driving traffic and generating leads through paid advertising (sales and revenue have grown each quarter)
Focused on client results and member care (most of us trainers already do this very well)
Wrote Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) so that I can replace myself in the day-to-day functions
Hired A Team of trainers, sales reps, and admins (today, my business is pretty much automated and I have scaled to multiple locations)
